LEGAL NOTICE TOWN OF CAZENOVIA OFFICIAL NOTICE RE: AREA VARIANCE Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Cazenovia Town Zoning Board of Appeals on Monday, April 27, 2026 at 7:30 PM, or as soon thereafter as can be heard, at the Town Office Building, 7 Albany Street, Cazenovia, NY on the following matter: Request by Daniel & Katherine Hook to review area variances for a detached garage requiring front yard setback relief and to be placed in front of the primary structure. Tax map parcel 67.3-1-41. Property is located 5544 Mt Pleasant Drive, Cazenovia, New York. Zoned Lake Watershed. Zoning Board of Appeals File #26-1622. The Cazenovia Town Zoning Board of Appeals will be at said time and place to hear all persons in support of, or in opposition to this request for area variances.
