LEGAL NOTICE TOWN OF CAZENOVIA OFFICIAL NOTICE RE: AREA VARIANCE Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Cazenovia Town Zoning Board of Appeals on Monday, April 27, 2026 at 7:30 PM, or as soon thereafter as can be heard, at the Town Office Building, 7 Albany Street, Cazenovia, NY on the following matter: Request by Marc & Jessica Wetsig to review an area variance for a wood deck requiring 47.6 feet of lakeside setback relief. Tax map parcel 85.11-1-12. Property is located 4845 East Lake Road, Cazenovia, New York. Zoned Lake Watershed. Zoning Board of Appeals File #26-1613. The Cazenovia Town Zoning Board of Appeals will be at said time and place to hear all persons in support of, or in opposition to this request for an area variance.
