LEGAL NOTICE TOWN OF CAZENOVIA OFFICIAL NOTICE RE: SPECIAL USE PERMIT Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Cazenovia Town Zoning Board of Appeals on Monday, April 27, 2026 at 7:30 PM, or as soon thereafter as can be heard, at the Town Office Building, 7 Albany Street, Cazenovia, NY on the following matter: Request by Rippleton, Inc to review a special use permit application for a business operation revision for the day care known as “Rippleton Center.” Tax map parcel 118.-2-53.1. Property is located 3360 Thompson Road, Cazenovia, New York owned by T&B Marti Unlimited, LLC. Zoned Rural A. Zoning Board of Appeals File #26-1620. The Cazenovia Town Zoning Board of Appeals will be at said time and place to hear all persons in support of, or in opposition to this request for a special use permit revision.
