LEGAL NOTICE TOWN OF CAZENOVIA OFFICIAL NOTICE RE: SPECIAL USE PERMIT Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Cazenovia Town Zoning Board of Appeals on Monday, April 27, 2026 at 7:30 PM, or as soon thereafter as can be heard, at the Town Office Building, 7 Albany Street, Cazenovia, NY on the following matter: Request by Brian & Melissa Davis to review a special use permit for a Short-Term Rental. Tax map parcel 86.-1-20.22. Property is located 4670 Gorge Road, Cazenovia, New York. Zoned Rural A/Riparian Corridor. Zoning Board of Appeals File #26-1623. The Cazenovia Town Zoning Board of Appeals will be at said time and place to hear all persons in support of, or in opposition to this request for a special use permit.
