LEGAL NOTICE TOWN OF CAZENOVIA OFFICIAL NOTICE RE: SPECIAL USE PERMIT & AREA VARIANCE Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Cazenovia Town Zoning Board of Appeals on Monday, April 27, 2026 at 7:30 PM, or as soon thereafter as can be heard, at the Town Office Building, 7 Albany Street, Cazenovia, NY on the following matter: Request by Bianca Marcoccia to review a special use permit application and an area variance application for a private stable with a 36’ X 24’ modular barn requiring side yard setback relief. Tax map parcel 86.-1-32.21. Property is located at 4676 Michigan Road, Cazenovia, New York owned by the Marcoccia Revocable Trust. Zoned Rural A. Zoning Board of Appeals Files #26-1617 & #26-1618. The Cazenovia Town Zoning Board of Appeals will be at said time and place to hear all persons in support of, or in opposition to this request for a special use permit and an area variance.
