NOTICE OF MEETING VILLAGE OF CAZENOVIA ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Village of Cazenovia Zoning Board of Appeals will meet and hold a public hearing on the 28th day of April, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as may be heard, at the Municipal Building, 90 Albany Street, Cazenovia, New York, to consider the application of Jonathan Schneeweiss, owner of 5 Union Street, Cazenovia, New York, tax map # 94.36-1-9, for an area variance for relief from the requirements of Section 180-32(G)(1) of the Zoning Code of the Village of Cazenovia. The applicant seeks this relief from the Code's side yard setback requirement in order to construct a new garage on the property which requires a reduction in the total (two sides) side yard setback from 20 feet required, to 17 feet requested. All persons wishing to appear at such hearing may do so in person or by attorney or other representative.
