PUBLIC NOTICE

VILLAGE OF CAZENOVIA PLANNING BOARD

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held by the Planning Board of the Village of Cazenovia on March 9, 2026 at 6:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as may be heard, at the Municipal Building, 90 Albany Street, Cazenovia, New York, on the following matter: consideration of an application by Michael Reff for special use permit approval to allow for a community center use located at 3 Sullivan St., the former Constable Hall also known as tax map parcel no. 94.52-1-12.

The subject application may be viewed at the office of the Village Clerk during the Clerk's regular office hours. All interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard on this matter.
