NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING City of Glens Falls Community Development Office Review of the 2025 CDBG Program Year and Proposed 2026 Year 2 Annual Action Plan The City of Glens Falls will conduct a Public Hearing on Tuesday, April 28, 2026, at 7:25 p.m. in the Council Chambers, City Hall, Third Floor, 42 Ridge Street, Glens Falls, New York. The Hearing will also be made available virtually to the public on the City’s YouTube Channel. Questions and/or comments from the public are encouraged at the Hearing and can also be submitted through the YouTube Channel. Each year, the City adopts an Annual Action Plan to implement components of the five-year Consolidated Plan strategy (2025-2029) and guide the use of federal Entitlement Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program funding awarded to the City by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The purpose of this Hearing is to review accomplishments of the 2025 CDBG Program Year and obtain comments of citizens, public agencies, and other interested parties on housing, neighborhood infrastructure, and community development needs and concerns to establish funding priorities and develop the City’s list of projects for the upcoming 2026 CDBG Program Year running from August 1, 2026 to July 31, 2027, prior to its expected consideration by the Common Council for final adoption expected on June 9, 2026.
