PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Please take notice that the Planning Board in the Village of Kiryas Joel will hold a public hearing on April 27, 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Town of Palm Tree Justice Court lo-cated at 46 Bakertown Road, Monroe, New York to con-sider the site plan application of the Lakeside Development prepared by Colliers Engineering. The proposed development will include the construction of eight multi-family buildings, totaling 200 residential units, with associated parking areas and utility main extensions and services for public water and sewer. Additionally, the project includes offsite road and sidewalk improvements on both, Acres Road and Bakertown Roads. Project location is north side of Acres Road and west of Bakertown Road, also known as Coronet Lake, identified as tax parcels 360-1-3.131 and 360-1-3.142 on the Orange County tax maps. Please take notice that this Public Hearing is not a “SEQR Hearing” within the meaning of 6 NYCRR Part 617, although the Board will accept public comment at this Hearing from interested members of the public and involved/interested agencies. For further information on the project please contact Kiryas Joel Village Hall, 51 Forest Rad, Kiryas Joel, NY, (845) 783-8300 between the hours of 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Thursday and 9:00 am to 12:00 pm on Friday.
