NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Theodore Tu of 5 Club Way, Mount Kisco, NY 10549 has made application to the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of New Castle for a Floor Area Ratio variance and a development coverage variance to amend a previously issued building permit to create additional finished floor area for a single family residence, pursuant to Sections 60-420 and 60-420A(8) of the New Castle Town Code, on property located in a R-1A Zoning District, located on the northwest side of Club Way, said property being known and designated on the tax maps of New Castle as Section 93.11, Block 1, Lot 2. PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the Zoning Board of Appeals will be meeting to consider this application at 7:15PM on Wednesday, April 29, 2026. The meeting will be held as a hybrid meeting both in person at the New Castle Town Hall, 200 South Greeley Avenue, Chappaqua, New York and via videoconference and teleconference at the website set forth below. The public can attend the meeting in-person or watch the live meeting on youtube at https:youtube.com/c/nccmc, or through the Zoom App if the meeting is held in a hybrid format.
