This meeting will include an application, submitted by 37 Raymond Ave LLC c/o Leon Hofman as applicant and owner, seeking special use permit and site plan approval, for proposed renovation and upper story expansion of an existing mixed-use building, to result in two commercial tenants and up to seven residential units in a 3-story building. The application involves tax lot number 61621-12-787714 and -785720, located at 37 and 35 Raymond Avenue, Poughkeepsie, NY, and is located in the ATC (Arlington Town Center) Zoning District. During the public hearing, all who wish to speak will be heard.
