NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLANNING BOARD CITY OF POUGHKEEPSIE, NEW YORK NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT A PUBLIC HEARING will be held by the Planning Board of the City of Poughkeepsie, Dutchess County, New York, in the Common Council Chambers, City Hall, 3rd Floor, 62 Civic Center Plaza on May 27, at 6:00 PM or as soon thereafter as the matter is reached on the Agenda on the following matter: 9 DUTCHESS AVENUE LLC, APPLICANT, RESPECTFULLY SEEKS SITE PLAN, SPECIAL USE PERMIT APPROVAL AND ANY RELIEF THE BOARD IS EMPOWERED TO GRANT FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF A 27-UNIT RESIDENTIAL BUILDING WITH ACCESSORY PARKING FOR 132 VEHICLES ON A CURRENTLY VACANT PARCEL LOCATED AT 9 DUTCHESS AVENUE. At the public hearing, the Planning Board will hear all persons in support of and in opposition to the application. All application materials will be available for public review through the City's website (the link is: https://cityofpoughkeepsie.com/381/Agendas-Minutes), or at the City Development Department, 2nd Floor, City Hall, 62 Civic Center Plaza, Poughkeepsie, NY, by appointment.
