IN ACCORDANCE WITH TOWN OF QUEENSBURY ON-SITE SEWAGE DISPOSAL ORDINANCE CHAPTER 136, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE TOWN OF QUEENSBURY LOCAL BOARD OF HEALTH WILL CONDUCT A PUBLIC HEARING ON MONDAY, MAY 4 TH , 2026 AT 7:00 P.M. AT THE QUEENSBURY ACTIVITIES CENTER, 742 BAY ROAD, QUEENSBURY TO CONSIDER AN APPLICATION BY MARILENA BRUNO FOR SEWAGE DISPOSAL VARIANCES TO INSTALL A 3,000 gallon CAPACITY PRECAST CONCRETE NON-TRAFFIC TYPE HOLDING TANK WHICH MEETS THE REQUIRED 3,000 GALLON CAPACITY AND ALLOW PLACEMENT OF THE HOLDING TANK:




1. 32’6” FROM THE LAKE GEORGE SHORELINE IN LIEU OF THE REQUIRED 50’ SETBACK;

2. 2’ FROM THE DWELLING IN LIEU OF THE REQUIRED 10’ SETBACK; AND

3. 9’ FROM THE PROPERTY LINE iIN LIEU OF THE REQUIRED 10’ SETBACK;
