NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF TENTATIVE

ASSESSMENT ROLL

(Pursuant to RPTL 506, 526 (1), 1526)

HEARING OF COMPLAINTS

Notice is hereby given that the Assessor of the Town of Hanover, County of Chautauqua, has completed the Tentative Assessment Roll for the current year and that a copy has been left with the Assessor’s Office at 68 Hanover St, Silver Creek NY, where it may be seen or examined or may be Viewed on https://chqgov.com/real-property-tax/Rolls-Bills by any interested person until the FIRST THURSDAY IN JUNE

The Assessor or designee will be in attendance with the tentative assessment roll on May 13th and May 22nd between the hours of 9am and 1pm, and on May 6th between the hours of 4pm and 8pm, and on May 23rd between the hours of 9am and 1pm.

The Board of Assessment Review will meet in the Hanover Town Hall on June 4th, 2026, between the hours of 4pm to 8pm to hear and examine all complaints in relation to assessments, on the application of any person believing himself to be aggrieved in order to receive an appointment, grievance paperwork must be turned in by Thursday, May 28th.
