PUBLIC NOTICE



Please take notice that the Planning Board of the Village of Skaneateles, Onondaga County, New York, will hold a Public Hearing at 6:20 pm on Thursday, May 7, 2026 pursuant to Village Zoning Law, to consider the matter of the application of Pamela Miller & Jon Breyfogle for Site Plan Review (demolition), Special Use Permit (Carriage House), and to vary the strict application of Chapter 225-23A, Carriage House over 800 SF on one story, to demolish a two-car garage and lengthen the driveway to construct a 848 S.F. Carriage House with a bathroom and changing room, parking for three cars, a 435 S.F. upstairs storage area with staircase to garage level, an 874 S.F.in-ground swimming pool and spa, a 567 S.F. house patio, a 377 S.F. paved patio with pergola, stone steps and 327 feet of stone walls and stone treads, at the property addressed as 163 East Genesee Street in the Village of Skaneateles.




A copy of the application is available at the Village Hall, 26 Fennell Street for public inspection. All interested persons will have the opportunity to be heard at the scheduled hearing. Comments can be submitted in writing to Planning Board, Village of Skaneateles, 26 Fennell St., Skaneateles, NY 13152 or by email to info@villageofskaneateles.com by 1:00 pm on the day of the hearing.
