PUBLIC NOTICE



Please take notice that the Planning Board of the Village of Skaneateles, Onondaga County, New York, will hold a Public Hearing at 6:15 pm on Thursday, May 7, 2026 pursuant to Village Zoning Law, to consider the matter of the application of Cynthia Fucillo for Site Plan Review (demolition) and to vary the strict application of 225-14.5(a,b ) Garage in front yard, 10' dist. to house; 225-20 B,C (1D-E, within 100' of lake, height; 225-29 Site plan review (demolition); 225-19.1E(1)(a-b) Skaneateles Lake Overzone; and 225-A5: Front Yard Setback; Side Yard Setback, Left; Side Yard Setback, Right; Both Side Yards, Combined; Percentage of Structure Width/Lot Width; and Lot Width to construct a 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and one car detached garage at the property addressed as 37 West Lake Street in the Village of Skaneateles.




A copy of the application is available at the Village Hall, 26 Fennell Street for public inspection. All interested persons will have the opportunity to be heard at the scheduled hearing. Comments can be submitted in writing to Planning Board, Village of Skaneateles, 26 Fennell St., Skaneateles, NY 13152 or by email to info@villageofskaneateles.com by 1:00 pm on the day of the hearing.
