VILLAGE OF TARRYTOWN NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Board of the Village of Tarrytown will hold a public hearing on Thursday, May 28, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. at the Municipal Building, One Depot Plaza, Tarrytown, New York, to hear an application by: Luigi Landi LAL Design, Inc. 16 Turner Lane Bedford Corners, NY 10549 On behalf of Emma Jacobs for site plan approval for a proposed two-story rear addition. The property is located at 22 Crest Drive, Tarrytown, NY and is shown on the tax maps as Sheet 1.110, Block 110, Lot 82-5 and is in the R-7.5 Residential Zoning District. Documents are available for inspection in the Planning and Zoning Office. All interested parties are invited to attend and be heard. Access to the meeting room is available to the elderly and the handicapped.
