Please take notice that a public hearing will be held on Monday, May 18, 2026 at 7:30pm, or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, at the Village Offices, One Municipal Square, 3rd Floor Meeting Room, Walden, New York, by the above named to consider the application of LP Builders

site plan approval and special exception use approval pursu- ant to Chapter 305 (Zoning) section 305-55 entitled "Special exception use and public hearing procedure" and sections 305-60 entitled "Site Plan Approval" for a prop- erty located on 80 West Main Street and identified on the Tax Map as located within the B-3 Zoning District.
Project
Description: The Project is located on tax map parcels section 306, block 18, lots 14, 15 & 16 entirely in the B-3 zoning district on 0.268 acres. The parcels are located on the northern side of West Main Street. The existing parcels are an exist- ing building located at 74 West Main Street, a vacant property located at 80 West Main Street, and a parking lot. The Project proposes to extend the existing building to be commercial on the first floor and provide 4 additional 1-bedroom senior units on the second and third floors of the extension.
A copy of the plan is available for public inspection at the office of the Building Depart-| ment during regular business hours. All persons interested are invited to attend, and the meeting is open to the public. The Village of Walden will make every effort to ensure that the Public Hearing is accessible to persons with disabilities.
