LEGAL NOTICE




NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Fire Commissioners of FIRE DISTRICT NUMBER ONE OF THE TOWN OF WEST SENECA, NEW YORK, At a meeting held on the 6th day of April 2026, duly adopted subject to a permissive referendum, a Resolution authorizing the withdrawal of no more than THIRTY THOUSAND DOLLARS ($30,000.00) from the Capital Reserve Fund entitled “FIRE DISTRICT NUMBER ONE OF THE TOWN OF WEST SENECA, NEW YORK RESERVE EQUIPMENT FUND” and said sum of monies to be used toward:

1) Miscellaneous Equipment for the fire company such as; TEN helmets, Twelve pairs of gloves, TWO sets of jackets/pants




BY ORDERS OF THE BOARD OF FIRE COMMISSIONERS OF FIRE DISTRICT NUMBER ONE OF THE TOWN OF WEST SENECA.
