NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING




PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held by the Village of Whitehall on May 19, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. at the Offices of the Village of Whitehall, 57 Skenesborough Drive, Whitehall, New York, 12887 for consideration of a proposed local law amending the Zoning Law of the Village of Whitehall adopted as Local Law 3 of 1996, as amended, to abolish the Village Planning Board and vest the powers of said Planning Board with the Zoning Board of Appeals.
