NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF TENTATIVE ASSESSMENT ROLL

(Pursuant to Section 506 and 526 of the Real Property Tax Law)

NOTICE is hereby given that the Sole Assessor of the Town of Whitehall, County of Washington, New York, has completed the TENTATIVE ASSESSMENT ROLL, for the current year, and that a copy has been filed with Jamie Barnhill, Town Clerk, where it may be seen and examined by any interested person therein until the fourth Tuesday in May.

The Assessor will be in attendance with the tentative assessment roll at the Town of Whitehall Town Hall located at 57 Skenesborough Drive on: May 6th, 2026, between 9:00am and 1:00pm, May 16th, 2026, by appointment, May 19th, 2026, between 4:00pm and 8:00pm and May 20th, 2026, between 9:00am and 1:00pm.

The Board of Assessment Review will meet on May 27th, 2026, between the hours of 4:00pm and 8:00pm at Town Hall in said town, to hear and examine all complaints in relation to assessments of real property.

Copies of a publication describing procedures for contesting an assessment are available at the Assessor’s Office.
