NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS Town of Wilson Town of Wilson is holding a public hearing on May 6, 2026, in the Town of Wilson during the Town of Wilson Workshop meeting in the Conference Room at 7:00 pm to address local law number one 2026. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to Municipal Home Rule Law of the State of New York, and General Municipal Law of the State of New York, and an order of the Town Board of the Town of Wilson adopted April 15, 2026, the Town of Wilson will hold a public hearing at the Town of Wilson Town Hall, 375 Lake Street, in said Town on the 6th day of May 2026, at a meeting commencing at 7:00 P.M. to consider for adoption of a proposed Local Law for the Town of Wilson entitled “A local law to provide various amendments relative to code enforcement of manufactured homes and amending penalties relating to dog control” and to hear all interested persons for and against such law. The text of the proposed Local Law is on file in the Town Clerk's Office where it may be examined during regular business hours. A summary of the major provisions of the proposed Local Law is as follows: The proposed Local Law amends definitional language relative to manufactured homes and amends the structure by which dog control fines are established.
