PUBLIC NOTICE YATES COUNTY PLANNING DEPARTMENT NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Yates County Planning Department will receive sealed bids for: ReConnect 1 Phase 3, Distribution Route Construction A mandatory Pre-Bid conference will held at the Yates County Office Building, 417 Liberty St., Suite 1001, Penn Yan, NY 14527 at 1:30 p.m. on April 14, 2026 . This meeting can also be attended virtually. A link for virtual attendance will be sent out prior to the meeting. Bids will be received at the Yates County Planning Department, 417 Liberty St., Suite 1112, Penn Yan, NY 14527 until 1:30 p.m. on April 28, 2026 when they will be opened and publicly read. Bid documents are available, 3/31/26, from Yates Engineering Services, LLC, Phone: 812-528-3770, Email: eburbank@yesrus.com, Attn: Ed Burbank at 2536 West Industrial Park Drive Suite #1, Bloomington, IN 47404.
