Mattamuskeet Lodge Renovation and Adaptive Reuse Re-Bid
Sealed proposals will be received until May 26th, 2026 until 11:00 PM on site at 1 Mattamuskeet Refuge Road, Swan Quarter, NC 27885 and immediately thereafter publicly opened and read for the furnishing of labor, material and equipment entering into the construction of:
Mattamuskeet Lodge Renovation and Adaptive Reuse
Bids will be received for single prime stipulated Sum bid contracts. All proposals will be lump sum.
Bidders will be required to provide Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond of the sum no less than 5 percent of the Bid Amount.
Bidders shall include with their bid Minority Business Enterprise Statement of Intent Form Section 004339.
