The Court, having reviewed Plaintiff's Verified Motion for an Order Authorizing Service by Publication (Doc. 11), finds that Plaintiff has demonstrated that Defendant Samar Ramez Chms-Eddin cannot be located despite reasonable diligence, and that service by publication is appropriate under Federal Civil Rule 4(e)(1) and Michigan Civil Rule 2.105(J). The Motion is granted as set forth below.
