IN THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE NORTHERN DISTRICT OF OHIO WESTERN DIVISION Regions Bank, dba Ascentium Capital, Plaintiff, -vs- Bravada Inc., et al., Defendants. Case No. 3:26 CV 46 ORDER AUTHORIZING SERVICE BY PUBLICATION JUDGE JACK ZOUHARY The Court, having reviewed Plaintiff's Verified Motion for an Order Authorizing Service by Publication (Doc. 11), finds that Plaintiff has demonstrated that Defendant Samar Ramez Chms-Eddin cannot be located despite reasonable diligence, and that service by publication is appropriate under Federal Civil Rule 4(e)(1) and Michigan Civil Rule 2.105(J). The Motion is granted as set forth below. 1. Parties. On January 7, 2026, Plaintiff Regions Bank d/b/a Ascentium Capital (“Plaintiff”) commenced this action by filing a Complaint against Defendants, Bravada, Inc. and Samar Ramez Chms-Eddin (“Chms-Eddin”).
