The Court, having reviewed Plaintiff's Verified Motion for an Order Authorizing Service by Publication (Doc. 11), finds that Plaintiff has demonstrated that Defendant Samar Ramez Chms-Eddin cannot be located despite reasonable diligence, and that service by publication is appropriate under Federal Civil Rule 4(e)(1) and Michigan Civil Rule 2.105(J).
