Permanent Commitment Hearing. Case No. 24JU-3937. In the Matter of Amira WIlliams. Rashawn Skinner Jr., the alleged father of the minor children, whose last known address is unknown; and John Doe, the unknown alleged father of the minor child, whose last known address is unknown; are hereby notified that a Motion for Permanent Custody has been filed in the Juvenile Branch of the Common Pleas Court of Franklin County, Division of Domestic Relations, requesting the minor child(ren) be permanently removed from the parents' care. You are commanded to appear for a hearing on the permanent custody of said child(ren) on May 21, 2026 at 10:00 A.M. before Magistrate Reynard at 373 S. High St., 5th Fl., Columbus, OH 43215.
The Court will appoint an attorney to any indigent party. You can apply in person on the 5th floor of 373 South High Street from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. or 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. during regular business hours, or over the phone by calling (614) 525-3248 during those same hours. You are advised that the granting of permanent custody of the above-named child(ren) permanently divests the parent(s) of all their parental rights and privileges.
