R. 4.4 (A) (l) Please publish once a week for three (3) consecutive weeks the following information: LEGAL NOTICE IN THE COURT OF COMMON PLEAS DELAW ARE COUNTY, OHIO Tracey L Pitller, Plaintiff vs. Rask M. Brookman, et ai., Defendants Case Number 25 CV C 11 1325 Plaintiff has brought the above captioned cause of action against you Defendant Rask M. Brookman and Larry D. Bradley, d/b/a/ Deets Excavating & Concrete, in the above-named court by filing a Complaint on the 14th day of November, 2025, the object of which is to obtain a judgment against you for negligence airising out of the motor vehicle crash on May 23, 2024. You are required to answer said Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last publication of this notice, which Will be published once (1) a week for three (3) consecutive weeks. In case of your failure to respond as required by Civil Rule 4.4, within the time stated, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief dernanded in the petition. David A.
