DEFENDANT, CUSTOM DESIGN GENIUS, whose last known place of residence was 1534 Eastern Parkway, Brooklyn, NY 11233, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown, will hereby take notice that on the 23rd day of April 2025, Plaintiff John Csizmadia filed a Complaint against you in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, being 2025 CV 01026 on the docket of said Court, alleging that 
for Breach of Contract I, Contract II, Contract III and damages in excess of $75,000 USD, along with costs of said action, attorney fees and other relief the Court deems just and equitable. 
You are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 19th day of June 2026. 
In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
