SADDLER AS OF DEED EXECUTED ON 11/18/1982, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KENNETH E. SADDLER AS OF DEED EXECUTED ON 2/6/1981, AND UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF AUSTIN HASENBUHLER AS OF DEED EXECUTED ON 4/21/2025, whose last known addresses are unknown and all of whose residences are unknown, will hereby take notice that on February 10th, 2026, Plaintiff filed its Complaint in the Common Pleas Court of Stark County, Ohio, being Case No. 2026CV00303 in said Court against AUSTIN HASENBUHLER, et al. praying for Judgment of $65,809.82 with interest at the rate of 3.75000% per annum from August 1, 2025, until paid and for foreclosure of a mortgage on the following described real estate, to wit: PARCEL NO. 247800 STREET ADDRESS: 189 Wertz Avenue Northwest, Canton, OH 44708 A COMPLETE LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF THE PARCEL MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE COUNTY AUDITOR. and that Defendants be required to set up any interest they may have in said premises or be forever barred, that upon failure of said Defendants to pay or cause to be paid said Judgment within three days from its rendition that an Order of Sale be issued to the Sheriff of Stark County, Ohio, to appraise, advertise, and sell said real estate, that the premises be sold free and clear of all claims, liens and interest of any parties herein, that the proceeds from the sale of said premises be applied to Plaintiff's Judgment and for such other relief to which Plaintiff is entitled.
