DeVinney, et al., DEFENDANT In pursuance of an Order of Sale from said Court to me directed, I will offer for sale at public auction, beginning on February 24th, 2026, in accordance with ORC Section 2329.153, online @ https://franklin.sheriffsaleauction.ohio.gov on Friday, the 27th day of March, 2026 A.D. 2026, at 9:00 o'clock A.M., and if not then sold, on the 17th day of April, 2026 at 9:00 o'clock A.M., the following described real estate, situated in the County of Franklin and State of Ohio, and in the City of Hamilton: Being a part of Northeast quarter Section 15, Township Four, Range 22, Mathew's Congress Lands, and being a parcel of land out of a 50-acre tract formerly owned by Emma Riley as shown in Deed Book 1046, Page 552, Recorder's Office, Franklin County, Ohio, and being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point in the North line of Section 15 which is also the center line of Williams Road, 980 feet West of the Northeast corner of said Section 15; Thence on a line parallel to the East line of said Section, South O deg. 08' West 560 feet to an iron pipe (passing an iron pipe at 25 feet); Thence on a line parallel to North line, of said section, West, 91.5 feet to the center line of a 50-foot Private Street (passing an iron pipe at 66.5 feet); Thence with center of said street North O deg. 08' East 560 feet to center line of Williams Road. Known as 1085 Williams Road Columbus, OH 43207 - PARCEL NO. 150-000232. Appraised at $213,000.00. The appraisal was completed based on an exterior view of the property only. Terms of sale: First Sale - To be sold at https://franklin. sheriffsaleauction.ohio.gov for not less than two-thirds of the appraised value. Second Sale - If the property does not sell at the first auction, a second sale of this property will be held on 17th day of April, 2026.
