Defendants Karl Nerger II and the Unknown Spouse, if any, of Karl Nerger II, whose last known address is 6245 Sharon Woods Blvd., Columbus, OH 43229, will take notice that the Plaintiff filed its Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas of Franklin County, Ohio, 345 S. High St., Columbus, OH 43215, seeking foreclosure of its lien interest in the real property located at 6245 Sharon Woods Blvd., Columbus, OH 43229, Parcel No. 010-155753-00; seeking a monetary judgment against the real property plus all interest, fees, costs, assessments, and any other equitable relief; and for the real property to be sold and to apply the proceeds to these claims.
