Defendants John Doe(s), the Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Beneficiaries of John A. Ioia, Jr., and their Unknown Spouses and Creditors, whose last known addresses are unknown; and the Unknown Spouse of John A. Ioia, Jr, whose last known address is 3936 Poplar Bend Dr., Columbus, OH 43204, will take notice that the Plaintiff filed its Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas of Franklin County, Ohio, 345 S.
