Joseph Newman, whose last known addresses are believed to be 34 PAN AM WAY, SPACE 26 HAMILTON, OH 45015 and/or 5006 CENTRAL AVENUE MIDDLETOWN, OH 45044, and whose current address is presently unknown, will hereby take notice that on January 28, 2026, Plaintiff filed its Complaint for Replevin in the Common Pleas Court of Butler County, Ohio, being Case No. CV 2026 01 0213 in said Court against Joseph Newman praying for Judgment of $21,539.70, plus interest at the rate of 12.09000% per annum from March 1, 2025, until paid and for replevin of the following described property, to wit: a 2015 Clayton mobile/manufactured home with Vehicle Identification Number CLM097548TN and Title Number 09 0678 7092.
Said Complaint further seeks that Defendant be required to set up any interest they may have in said premises or be forever barred, that upon failure of said Defendant to pay or cause to be paid said Judgment that an order of possession be issued to the Sheriff of Butler County, Ohio, return possession of the property to the Plaintiff to be applied to Plaintiff's Judgment and for such other relief to which Plaintiff is entitled.
