Bernard, Deceased, et al., Defendant(s). Defendant(s), Beneficial Ohio Inc. dba Beneficial Mortgage Co. of Ohio, whose last known address is 1300 E. 9th Street Cleveland, OH 44114; and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Their Spouses and Creditors, Legatees, and The Fiduciary of The Estate, and Spouse and Creditors of Stephen E. Bernard, Deceased, whose last known address is unknown; will take notice that the Plaintiff filed its Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas of Franklin County, Ohio, 345 S.
