FORECLOSURE NOTICE: Case No. 25CV-8583. U.S. Bank National Association, Plaintiff, vs. Ronald Gaines's Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, and Assigns, if any, et al., Defendants. The Defendants, Ronald Gaines's Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, and Assigns, whose last known address is unknown, will take notice that the Defendants, The Scotland Yard Condominium Association (the “Association”), filed its Cross Claim in the Court of Common Pleas of Franklin County, Ohio, 345 S. High St., Columbus, OH 43215, seeking foreclosure of its lien interest in the real property located at 1598 Stephanie Ct., Columbus, OH 43232, Parcel No. 010-183048-00; seeking a monetary judgment against the real property plus all interest, fees, costs, assessments, attorney fees, and any other equitable relief; and for the real property to be sold and to apply the proceeds to these claims. The Defendants are required to answer the Association's Cross Claim within twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice.
