FORECLOSURE NOTICE: Case No. 25CV3065: Gutters Unlimited of Central Ohio LLC, Plaintiff, vs. Ream Property Group, LTD., et al., Defendants. The Defendant, the Unknown Spouse of Douglas S. Dawson, Sr., whose last known address is unknown, will take notice that the Defendant/Third-Party Plaintiff Vinton County National Bank filed its Third-Party Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas of Franklin County, Ohio, 345 S. High St., Columbus, OH 43215; seeking foreclosure of its lien interest in the real properties located at: 177 N. James Rd., Columbus, OH 43213; Parcel No. 010-078334-00; 243 N. James Rd., Columbus, OH, 43213; Parcel No. 010-078338-00 and 253 N. James Rd., Columbus, OH 43213, Parcel No. 010-078339-00; seeking a monetary judgment against the real properties plus all interest, fees, costs, assessments, attorney fees, and any other equitable relief; and for the real properties to be sold and to apply the proceeds to these claims. The Defendants are required to answer Vinton County National Bank's Third-Party Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice.
