BLESSING AKA JOHN BLESSING, DECEASEDPUBLICATION OF NOTICECASE NO. 2023 EST 0506To: Judith Blessing Allen, Scott Blessing and Michael Blessing You are hereby notified that John R. Blessing aka John Blessing died on June 12, 2022 and that said decedent's Last Will and Testament was admitted to probate by the Trumbull County Probate Court on August 4, 2023, and that John A. McNally, III and James D. Franks were appointed Co-Administrators WWA of the decedent's estate. This notice is given to all persons who would be entitled to inherit from the decedent had the decedent died intestate and to all legatees and devisees named in the Will who do not waive notice. You are receiving this notice as: A person who would be entitled to inherit from the decedent had the decedent died intestate. Any action to contest the validity of the Will must be filed within three (3) months after the Executor files a certificate evidencing the giving of this notice. In addition, the Inventory of the decedent's assets has been filed in this Court. The hearing on the Inventory will be held June 10, 2026 at 11:00 o'clock a.m. in this court. Exceptions to the Inventory must be filed in writing at least five (5) days prior to the date set for hearing.
