IN THE COURT OF COMMON PLEASDIVISION OF PROBATETRUMBULL COUNTY, OHIOIN THE MATTER OF:THE ESTATE OFHARRY WISEMAN, DECEASEDPUBLICATION OF NOTICECASE NO. 2026 EST 0242To: Brian Snyder You are hereby notified that Harry Wiseman died on January 2, 2022 and that said decedent's Last Will and Testament was admitted to probate by the Trumbull County Probate Court on April 9, 2026, and that Betty Verbosky was appointed Executor of the decedent's estate. This notice is given to all persons who would be entitled to inherit from the decedent had the decedent died intestate and to all legatees and devisees named in the Will who do not waive notice. You are receiving this notice as: A person who would be entitled to inherit from the decedent had the decedent died intestate. Any action to contest the validity of the Will must be filed within three (3) months after the Executor files a certificate evidencing the giving of this notice.
