TRI-COUNTY METROPOLITAN TRANSPORTATION DISTRICT OF OREGONTRACK REHABILITATION PROGRAM FOR EXISTING MAX ALIGNMENT PROJECT CONSTRUCTION MANAGER/ GENERAL CONTRACTOR SERVICES Proposals Due 2:00 pm, May 27, 2026 REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS1. The Tri-County Metropolitan Transportation District of Oregon (TriMet) is soliciting Proposals from qualified general contractors to provide Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) Services including both preconstruction services and construction services work for the TriMet's Track Rehabilitation Program for Existing MAX Alignment Project. 2. TriMet will receive sealed proposals via its eProcurement website (TriP$) until 2:00 PM (Local Time) on May 27, 2026. Proposals will not be publicly opened. 3. No proposal security will be required.
