The Aliquippa School District is seeking sealed bids from qualified Audio-Visual ("AV") integrators to provide a "Turn-Key" installation at the New Field House, located at 100 Harding Avenue, Aliquippa, Pennsylvania 15001. The selected vendor will be responsible for the procurement, delivery, physical installation, cabling, configuration and commissioning of all AV systems as defined in the specifications. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision and services necessary to deliver a complete, fully functional, and code-compliant installation in accordance with the RFP-Drawings. The scope of the work is intended to be comprehensive. The bidder is responsible for all components required to achieve a finished, operational, and legally compliant project, regardless of whether every individual item is explicitly detailed in the sealed bid. Sealed bids are due on May 22, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. at the office of the Superintendent of the School District located at 100 Harding Avenue, Aliquippa, Pennsylvania 15001.
