Bid Notice — 100 Harding Avenue, Aliquippa, PA

BID NOTICE AND ADVERTISEMENT
The Aliquippa School District is seeking sealed bids from qualified vendors for the purchase and installation of office, laundry, weight and training room equipment, kitchen equipment and related expenses, including installation where applicable, at the new Aliquippa Field House, located at 100 Harding Avenue, Aliquippa, Pennsylvania, 15001.  The selected vendor will be responsible for the procurement, delivery and physical installation, where applicable, as defined in the specifications.  Sealed bids are due on June 10, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. at the Office of the Superintendent of the School District located at 100 Harding Avenue, Aliquippa, Pennsylvania 15001.  Bid packages with specifications may be obtained and any questions concerning the equipment and specifications should be directed to Stephen Paxton, Architect, at telephone number (724) 624-1643; email: stephen@paxtonarchitect.com.  The equipment and installation, where applicable, contract is expected to be awarded on or about July 10, 2026.  No bidder may withdraw the bid for a period of thirty (30) days after the date set forth in the opening of the bids.  The Aliquippa School District reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to expect or reject any part of any bid.
