ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Sealed Bids, in duplicate, for construction of the Neches 2nd Discharge Pipe 1 & 2 Replacement in Beaumont, Texas will be received by Lower Neches Valley Authority in their o ce at 7850 Eastex Freeway, Beaumont, Texas 77708 until 2:00 pm local time on Tuesday, May 12, 2026 at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Work generally consists of removal and replacement of two discharge pipe sections at our Neches 2nd pump house and portions of process piping. Each discharge pipe section consists of: 72” steel section, a 72” to 60” re- ducer and a 30-degree bend. The process piping will be a 10-inch cooling water line and a 3-inch oil line. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis.
