NOTICE OF CONSTABLE SALE
REAL PROPERTY

By virtue of an ORDER OF SALE issued by the 366th District Court of Collin County, Texas, on the 4/ 3/2026, in the case of:
Park Bluff Owners Association, Inc. vs Dennis J. Mccarthy, and TJLT Enterprises LLC
Case: 366-05141-2025, and directed and delivered to me as Constable Precinct 3, Collin County, Collin County, Texas, I have levied upon this 4/13/2026, and will, between the hours of 10:00am and 4:00pm, on the first Tuesday of June 2026, it being the 2nd day, of said month, at the courthouse door of Collin County, Texas, proceed to sell at public auction to the highest bidder with cash in hand, unless otherwise exempted, all the right, title and interest which the said TJLT Enterprises LLC had of, in and to the following described real property, to-wit:
Unit No. 526, Building E, of PARK BLUFF CONDOMINIUMS, a condominium regime in the City of Plano, Collin County, Texas, according to the Declaration filed for record on December 16, 1982, and recorded in Volume 4, Page 203, Condominium Records of Collin County, Texas, together with an undivided percent interest in the General Common Elements as described in said Declaration, and together with the exclusive use of the limited common elements appurtenant to said unit and building, all as describe in said Declaration.
Said property is levied upon as the property of TJLT Enterprises LLC and will be sold to satisfy a judgment rendered in the said Court of Collin County, Texas, on the 3rd day of March, 2026, in favor of Park Bluff Owners Association, Inc. and against the said TJLT Enterprises LLC for the sum of $8,269.46 principal with interest at $1.13 per annum from the 3/3/2026, court costs of $1,013.12 and attorney fees of $3,739.76 and further costs of executing this writ.
NOTICE: This property may have other liens, taxes due or encumbrances, which may become the responsibility of the successful bidder.
