Public Notice of final passage of an ordinance of the City Council of Texarkana, Texas.
At its regular meeting held on April 13, 2026, the City Council adopted the following ordinance:
Ordinance No. 2026-010 – Amending Chapter 105, “Buildings and Construction”, Art. II, Division 3, Residential Code, Secs. 105-98 thru 105-100, of the City Code of Ordinances, with the 2024 edition of the International Residential Code.
