Public Notice of final passage of an ordinance of the City Council of Texarkana, Texas.
At its regular meeting held on April 13, 2026, the City Council adopted the following ordinance:
Ordinance No. 2026-030 – Amending Chapter 130, “Streets and Sidewalks”, of the City Code of Ordinances/Land Development Code, by adding Art. VI – “Right-Of-Way Work”; and amending the Master Fee List for permit f ee.
