Public Notice of final passage of an ordinance of the City Council of Texarkana, Texas.
At its regular meeting held on April 13, 2026, the City Council adopted the following ordinance:
Ordinance No. 2026-011 – Amending Chapter 105, “Buildings and Construction”, Art. II, Division 4, Energy Code, Sec. 105-129, of the City Code of Ordinances, with the 2024 edition of the International Energy Conservation Code.
