LEGAL NOTICE Circuit Court of Miller County, Arkansas, No. 46PR-26-86-2; Estate of Barbara Ann Miner, Deceased, 7 Wood Pl, Texarkana, Miller Co, AR 71854, who died 2/26/26. Quinton Wayne Miner, Jr., was appointed Executor of the Estate on 4/8/26. A contest of the probate of the will can be effected only by filing a petition within the time provided by law. All persons having claims against the estate must present them, duly verified, to the undersigned within 6 months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they shall be barred from any benefit in the estate.
