Notice of Public Hearing    The City of San Antonio's Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing to begin at 2:00 PM, on 6/10/2026 in the Board Room of the Cliff Morton Development Business Services Center, 1901 South Alamo Street, for the purpose of considering a replat request within your subdivision and/or changes in amendments to the City's Master Plan, as follows:    24-11800333- ESD #4 Ranchland View: Public hearing and final consideration of the replat of Lot 248, a channel easement, a 5-foot pole, anchor, and an electric easement out of the Trailwood Subdivision Unit IV and a portion of lot 1 and a 5-foot pole, anchor and electric easement as shown on the Trailwood Subdivision Unit-1 Plat. The site is located southeast of the intersection of Ranchland View and Interstate 10.     26-11800061 – Pioneer Subdivision: Public hearing and final consideration of the replat of Lots 1 & 2, Block 2, NCB 14329 out of the East Houston Estates Unit 1B. The site is located northeast of the intersection of Estate Drive and Frostwood Drive.    25-11800446– Essence Belfast IDZ: Public hearing and final consideration of the replat of Lot 11, Block 4, NCB 9847 out of the Broadway Heights Unit 1. The site is located northeast of the intersection of Belfast Drive and Empire Street.    PLAN AMENDMENT CASE PA-2026-11600034 (Council District 3): A request to change the Heritage South Sector Plan land use classification from "Suburban Tier" to "Agribusiness Tier" on 10.92 acres out of NCB 16623 and CB 4007, generally located in the 11000 block of South Highway 181.
