NOTICE TO BIDDERS Energy Northwest, a joint operating agency and municipal corporation in the State of Washington, invites Bids for the Refuel Outage 28 Hydraulic Control Unit Rebuilds at Columbia Generating Station as described herein, from qualified Bidders.
